The VRCA Young Construction Leaders (YCL) helps the Lower Mainland’s young construction professionals build their networks, access professional development opportunities, and contribute to their community in meaningful ways. YCL supports and develops young construction leaders by:
- Hosting events that cultivate personal relationships and mentorship opportunities across the industrial, commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential construction industry;
- Promoting opportunities for professional development and to hone leadership skills; and
- Supporting them to engage in philanthropic initiatives focused on giving back to the larger community, including KidStart – the YCL’s charity of choice.
KidStart provides positive and meaningful relationships to young people in our community.
